Standup Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga is a peaceful yet fun way to take your practice outdoors and onto a floating mat. Our classes are designed to help you feel grounded and stable in this calming, yet empowering, flow.
We begin all our classes on land with a few minutes of instructions on SUP 101 and safety. Then paddle out to a cove to anchor our Floating Studio.

$35 board/class or $18 BYOB (bring your own board)
*We require 48 hr cancellation notice prior to your scheduled SUP Yoga class for a refund. If you cancel the same day or the day before your scheduled SUP Yoga class there will be no refund
